    Diep granaat van kleur, deze Cabernet Sauvignon is niets minder dan uitzonderlijk! De neus geeft een groot aantal aroma's vrij, waaronder zwarte bessen, bosbessen, dragon, gedroogde kruiden en koffie. Het gehemelte levert een breed scala aan verschillende smaken door de complexe lagen in de wijn. Zwarte bes, framboos, rode bes en braam vermengen zich fantastisch met een vleugje chocolade en kruiden. De balans van goed geïntegreerde tannine, zuur en alcohol zorgen voor een volle wijn die een echte winnaar is. De afdronk is lang en aanhoudend met een hartige noot aan het einde.

    Een uitstekende match met een joint van rundvlees, wild en worst.

    De Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon komt van 3 verschillende wijngaarden: Red Tail Vineyard; Miraval Vineyard en Geyserville Estate Vineyard. Alle wijngaarden werken biologisch en zorgen allemaal voor iets andere nuances in de geproduceerde wijnen.
