    Gelegen in San Rafael, Bodegas Bianchi is een Argentijns wijnhuis opgericht in 1928. Enzo Bianchi, zoon van de oprichter Don Valentín Bianchi, breidde het wijnhuis in de loop van de 20e eeuw uit en nu beslaat het bedrijf ongeveer 400 hectare wijngaarden waar 15 verschillende wijnstokken worden verbouwd. Bodegas Bianchi produceert een aantal verschillende wijnstijlen, waaronder Particular Bianchi, Famiglia Bianchi en Gran Famiglia Bianchi, en het is vooral bekend om zijn "Enzo Bianchi Gran" serie wijnen.

    De Cabernet Sauvignon druiven (met kleine toevoegingen van Malbec) komen uit het San Rafael gebied en worden met de hand geoogst. 70% van de afgewerkte wijn rijpt 12 maanden op Frans eikenhout.

    Bianchi's Particular Cabernet Sauvignon heeft een purperrode kleur met diepe en intense tonen. In de neus is hij elegant en levendig met aroma's van viooltjes, cassis, bosbessen, frambozen en bramen, gevolgd door typische tonen van dit ras zoals groene peper. In de mond is de wijn vol en volumineus, vlezig en evenwichtig. De tannines zijn krachtig maar rijp en de zuurgraad is levendig en harmonieus. Probeer hem eens bij rosbief of hertenvleespastei.
