    Geschiedenis

    De familie Sabon werd voor het eerst genoemd in officiële documenten in de regio in 1540 en heeft een nobele en historische erfenis in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Seraphin Sabon was de eerste die wijnen bottelde onder de familienaam in 1921, en hij verwekte drie zonen die later elk hun eigen domein hier stichtten. Een van hen was Roger Sabon, wiens domein nu wordt gerund door talrijke familieleden, waaronder zijn twee zonen, zijn schoonzoon en zijn nichtje.
