    Een prachtige granaatkleur, deze Cabernet Sauvignon explodeert in de neus met rijpe bramen en cassis, munt en tabak. Het gehemelte is vol met prachtig geïntegreerde tannines in evenwicht met een goede zuurgraad en de alcohol, hoewel 14,5%, werkt zeer goed in de balans. De smaken zijn fruitig met braam, cassis en boysenbes die zich mengen met chocolade en meer hartige tonen van sigaren en een beetje aarde. De lange afdronk is zijdezacht en aanhoudend met een licht zoet einde.

    Bij de wijn passen rosbief, biefstuk, wildpastei, wild, vlees van de BBQ en sterke kaas.
