In de tussenliggende jaren heeft Samantha het landgoed omgevormd tot een zeer gewaardeerde wijnmakerij, en in 2018 maakte de prestigieuze Cape Winemaker's Guild haar de zesde vrouwelijke wijnmaker die tot hun gelederen werd toegelaten. Deze Estate Reserve Chardonnay getuigt zowel van Samantha's wijnmaaktalent als van het schitterende terroir van het landgoed, met fruit dat is aangeplant op de uitlopers van de Sonderend Mountain Range op 300 meter boven zeeniveau.
Het wijnhuis is opgericht door de Californische wijnmaakster Samantha O'Keefe, die in 2000 naar Zuid-Afrika emigreerde en al snel verliefd werd op het 300 hectare grote landgoed dat toen als boerderij werd gerund.
